A cover sheet that should go, a signature page that belongs at the end, a duplicated scan: fixing the page order does not need a full PDF editor.
How it works
In the PDF Page Manager, type the page numbers you want, separated by commas, in the final order. For a 5-page document, 3,1,4 produces a new PDF with page 3 first, then page 1, then page 4. Pages 2 and 5 are left out and so deleted.
Using the tool
- Choose a PDF, up to 50 MB.
- Enter the pages to keep, in order.
- Download the new PDF and check it.
Rules
- Every number must exist in the document. A page beyond the last is rejected with the page count.
- Each page may be listed only once, so you cannot duplicate a page here.
- To delete one page from a long file, list all the others.
Examples
- Remove page 2 from a 4-page file:
1,3,4. - Move the last page to the front of a 4-page file:
4,1,2,3. - Swap pages 1 and 2:
2,1,3,4.
The original is unchanged and nothing is uploaded. For taking out a block of pages as a separate file, use extract pages.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I have to list every page I keep?
Listing the result is the most flexible way to both delete and reorder in one step.
